BBQ Rub | Pork Butt Rub

This incredible blend of herbs and spices is how it all started.  This rub features a sweet yet subtle spicy kick with hints of coffee, rosemary and cinnamon.  Recommend rubbing generously on pork butt or shoulder 1 hour before cooking or grilling and once done add more to taste.  Here's a little secret, it's also amazing on Salmon!
