This incredible blend of herbs and spices features bold Chile flavors perfect for any Mexican dish. This rub can be mild to hot depending on the amount you rub on. The more you use the spicier it gets! Per pound of meat/vegetables: 1-2 tablespoons for mild, 2-3 tablespoons for medium and 4+ tablespoons for hot.
